Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The rooms were exactly what I expected, with a very comfortable super king bed, mini fridge, and immaculate bathroom. Despite booking a basic north-facing room, I lucked out with fabulous views of Mont Blanc. The hotel is very quiet, making for a peaceful stay.
The hotel is in a convenient location for skiing and offers friendly service despite some delays. The rooms were not ready until late, which was a downside for our family gathering.
The hotel is located right on the slopes with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The dining experience was good but a bit crowded, and the location is excellent for skiing enthusiasts.
The hotel is ideally located near the Chantel lift and good restaurants, offering a nice pool but not quite ski-in/ski-out. The rooms, although small, make ski kit drying convenient at an extra charge. However, the service felt unwelcoming, with staff more focused on themselves than guests.
The hotel is in a leafy and beautiful location, offering a cozy atmosphere with a central log fire. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, but some wear and tear is visible. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the service during breakfast was not accommodating. The hotel has excellent accessibility to the slopes and a convenient boot and ski store. The dining experience is good overall with a variety of options, including fresh fruit and bakery goods. The hotel facilities are adequate with pleasant lounge areas.
The hotel is in a convenient location with nice bars and coffee shops nearby. The rooms, while clean and equipped with a bath and shower, can be noisy due to thin walls and corridor noise. The service provided by the staff, including ski pass assistance and equipment hire, is friendly and helpful.
